个人简介:

Sun Xueguang博士毕业于美国佐治亚理工学院,在耶鲁大学完成博士后培训。在表观遗传学,基因组学以及二代测序技术等方面具有多年的基础研究和应用研究经验。曾在表观遗传领域知名公司Zymo Research Corp担任平台技术总监,并在美国辛辛那提儿童医院基因测序及分型中心实验室担任主任。2019年回国后曾在两家分子诊断头部企业担任首席技术官,负责液体活检相关的技术研发。2025年加入合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院担任高级研究员(产业化方向)。


研究兴趣及方向:

我们以产业化为导向,重点开展与液体活检相关的用于样本预处理的试剂及仪器研究。为液体活检技术在临床应用提供技术支撑和解决方案。聚焦于基于微流控的,具有广谱应用场景的,高性价比,智能化,小型化仪器耗材开发,提升样本预处理的全流程自动化与智能化管理。为液体活检在基层医院的普及奠定基础。课题组致力于搭建从基础研究到产品转化的技术体系,加速研究成果走向临床与市场。
