个人简介:
李凤琦,女,2012年毕业于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院并获得博士学位;2012-2014年在中国科学技术大学从事博士后研究工作,主要研究方向为肺脏区域免疫特性与呼吸道疾病;2014-2022年在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院分子健康科学研究所Manfred Kopf教授实验室从事博士后研究,2022年10月全职加入大健康研究院,并成立肺脏免疫学实验室。主要研究方向为以肺泡巨噬细胞为主的肺脏区域免疫与肺脏疾病。已发表学术论文20余篇,以第一作者/或通讯作者身份在Science Immunology (2022),EMBO J(2020), JEM (2014),Nature Communications (2013), JCI insight(2022),Front Immunol(2023,2025)等杂志发表论文9篇,以共作者身份在Cell, Nat Immunol, Immunity,Cell Metab, Cell Rep和 J. Allergy Clin. Immunol等杂志发表论文10篇。入选2023年国家级人才项目和安徽省重点人才项目,主持国自然重大研究计划培育项目及国自然面上项目,参与国家科技重大专项等项目。
研究兴趣及方向:
主要致力于探索重大呼吸系统疾病的免疫学机理以及治疗策略。主要研究方向为: 1)不同肺脏微环境对肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)发育和功能的影响; 2)以AM为中心的细胞间相互作用网络与肺脏疾病的关联; 3)中医复方调控AM治疗慢性炎症性肺疾病的机制研究;4)AM的高效分化扩增和基因编辑改造。主要转化方向为:功能性AM细胞药物研发及基于AM的肺脏重大疾病的免疫治疗策略。
