杨君娇，女，2009及2014年于北京大学生命科学学院分别获得学士及博士学位，此后在美国加州大学旧金山分校先后以博士后和副研究员职位从事研究。2025年3月加入合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院。研究工作主要包括：开发基于荧光蛋白的可编码蛋白互作荧光探针与蛋白互作操纵技术，并将相关技术应用于感染性疾病和肿瘤研究。研究成果以第一作者身份发表于Nature Microbiology, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Cell Research等期刊。
