王晨耀，男，2024年获得国家级人才项目和上海领军（创新）人才项目。2017年博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院；2017—2022年在美国第二大医院克利夫兰诊所做博士后，师从Ganes Sen和George Stark院士（发明Northern、Western blot，VBIM技术，发现JAK-STAT信号通路），主要从事病毒感染和免疫相关疾病的研究；2022—2023年加入美国排名第一的医院梅奥医学中心，担任Research Associate，主要研究先天免疫通路与自免疾病，合作导师为自免领域顶尖科学家Cornelia Weyand；2023—2025年以科研副主管和独立PI身份加入王晓东院士倡议成立的百济神州研究院，组内使用VBIM和IPA蛋白互作筛选系统，针对自免疾病靶点发现以及细胞治疗载体等的改造展开研究，作为独立PI在跨国药企拥有2年工业界研发和管理经验；2025年加入合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院。目前在国际知名刊物上共发表论文25篇，引用超千次，非常注重和熟悉基础医学与转化医药的结合。在抗感染和炎症相关疾病领域形成了独具特色的系统性研究体系。

1.  抗病毒感染信号通路在自发免疫病（如RA，SLE）中的作用，对应的机制研究以及干预策略。

2.  使用高效的蛋白互作筛选平台，筛选并验证自发免疫病中难靶致病蛋白的调控因子，并验证其致病功能及成药潜力。

3.  利用人工智能AI，对自发免疫病相关靶点的大小分子药物进行改造和验证。
